Our training regimen is focused on mastering softball fundamentals, building strong and flexible athletes through plyometric exercise, and maximizing player potential through frequent instruction in situational awareness. Our practice routine includes both outdoor and indoor training in a state-of-the-art facility, with an emphasis on hard work, winning, and having fun!
